Salomé Soares, as lead researcher and representing the research team made up of Fernando Pereira, Carla Orge, Raquel Rocha, Mariana Felgueiras and Rita Querido, members of AliCE/LSRE-LCM (FEUP) received an honourable mention as part of the application for the SusCO₂ project – Towards carbon circularity: sustainable conversion of CO₂ to fuels and chemicals.

The award ceremony for the José Manuel de Mello Scholarship 2024 – Entrepreneurship, awarded by the Amélia de Mello Foundation, took place at the Belém Cultural Centre on 28 June 2024, and the diploma was presented by His Excellency, the President of the Republic, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa.
