To commemorate 60 years of entry in the Chemical Engineering course, 9 alumni were at FEUP last Friday, April 28, to deliver a commemorative plaque and admire how their “home” is now. Nostalgic of FEUP from Rua dos Bragas, but excited with the dimension of this “new” FEUP, in which many entered for the first time, the group was received by Professor Rui Calçada, Director of FEUP, and by Professor Fernando Pereira, Director of the Department of Chemical Engineering, who gave them a guided tour of the Department.
