By the end of last year, the Ministry of Environment and Climate Action revealed the list of companies and projects selected for the short list of the Portuguese application to the IPCEI status (Project of Common European Interest), to be submitted to Brussels in the hydrogen technologies context. Amnis Pura and its project “H2Battery – Development of highly efficient hydrogen battery“ is one of the names in the list. This company is a project leveraged by Paulo Ribeirinha and Frederico Relvas, both researchers at DEQ, working om hydrogen purification and related technologies, as well as on air separation (production of oxygen and nitrogen) for application in various industries.
