Collaborative Laboratories<\/h1><\/div>

The main objective of the Collaborative Laboratories (CoLAB) is to create, directly and indirectly, qualified employment and scientific employment in Portugal through the implementation of research and innovation agendas aimed at creating economic and social value.<\/p>\n

CoLABs must respond to the challenge of the densification of the national territory in terms of knowledge-based activities, through an increasing consolidation of forms of collaboration between science, technology and higher education institutions and the economic and social fabric, namely companies, the hospital and health care system, cultural institutions and social organizations.<\/p>\n

Currently, DEQ has an active and relevant participation in 4 approved CoLABs, having even taken the lead in the cases of NET4CO2 and VG COLAB.<\/p>\n<\/div>
